Hearth began with a simple idea: gather around the fire. We built our kitchen around open-flame cooking — wood-fired grills, ember roasting, and slow-cooked everything. Every dish tells a story about where it came from and how it was made.
We source from local farms and suppliers throughout Northeast Ohio, keeping our menu tied to the seasons and to the community we call home.
